The National Investment Bank (NIB) has put up yet another sterling performance at the Launch of the Ghana Customer Satisfaction Index (GH-CSI) 2023 report and Recognition ceremony, organised by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana. The Bank swept Three (3) awards in . The Awards, are testament to the bank’s unwavering commitment to providing quality service and meeting the expectation of customers in the Ghanaian financial industry. The event held on Friday 27 September 2024 at the Coconut Grove Hotel in Accra, saw the attendance of financial industry leaders, marketing professionals, and business executives.
