DMD Branch Tour: Spotlighting the Eastern and Volta Zones

Following momentum gained from recent tours through the Northern, Ashanti/Brong Ahafo, and Western/Central zones, the Deputy Managing Director (Business and Operations) of National Investment Bank (NIB) PLC, Belinda Boamah, and her supportive team continued their nationwide branch tour to the Eastern/Volta Zone from 8th to 11th June, 2026, reinforcing fruitful engagements across the Bank's various regional zones.
The team visited Akim Oda, Koforidua, Ho, Hohoe, and Nkwanta branches to engage directly with staff and branch management who diligently serve these communities.
In line with previous sessions of the tour, engagements provided an opportunity to strengthen leadership visibility, deepen employee engagement and reinforce the Bank's unwavering commitment to excellence across its nationwide network.
The Deputy Managing Director interacted directly with frontline staff and branch management at each location by reviewing operational conditions, discussed performance-related issues, and gained deeper insight into the quality of service rendered to clients. These engagements foster an open space where staff share on-the-ground experiences, raise concerns, and offer suggestions for improving operational efficiency and overall client satisfaction.
These interactions highlight the importance of consistent communication between Management and branch teams in driving a unified organisational culture and ensuring that every branch operates in alignment with the Bank’s customer-focused banking services across Ghana.
