DMD (Business & Operations) Tours the Ashanti/BA Zone
The Deputy Managing Director (Business & Operations) of National Investment Bank (NIB) PLC, Belinda Boamah, and her team continued their tour of the Bank’s branches across the Ashanti and BA zones from 24th May to 29th May, 2026.
Discussions revolved around branch operations, customer service delivery, teamwork, and opportunities for business growth.
She shared operational insights and engaged directly with management on issues affecting performance and customer experience across various branches.
They visited Wenchi, Sunyani, Techiman as well as Kintampo in the BA Zone. They continued to Asokwa, Asante Mampong, Suame, Dunkwa, Kejetia, Adum, Obuasi, and Abuakwa Tanoso in the Ashanti Zone.
Each stop on the tour provided a platform for frank and constructive dialogue between the Deputy Managing Director and branch teams, allowing staff at all levels to raise concerns, share feedback, and align with the bank's strategic priorities.
