Pln. Kuadey

Pln. Kuadey brings over 15 years of public sector experience with expertise in strategic planning, policy formulation and implementation, project management, monitoring and evaluation. His experience reflects a strong command of institutional frameworks and administrative systems. He has consistently contributed to initiatives that promote sustainable and equitable development.

Pln. Kuadey has led multi-stakeholder development programmes, showcasing his capacity to manage diverse teams and coordinate complex projects. His strategic oversight in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and project management ensures that initiatives are not only well-executed but also deliver measurable impact. A standout strength is his proficiency in performance-based financing and grant systems, which are critical for efficient public procurement and investment. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, and commitment to results. Pln. Pln. Kuadey is a Member of the Ghana Institute of Planning (GIP) and the Commonwealth Association of Planners (CAP). He holds a Masters in Internal Affairs from LECIAD, University of Ghana and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management from the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayari Raj (NIRD&PR), India and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA, Management) from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. With several conferences and training covering procurement, sustainable development, M&E and project management, Pln. Kuadey is considered a utility player in any team. In 2023, he was honoured by the State with a National Grand Medal for COVID-19 Operational Excellence on behalf of his team.
