Ernestina Kutin is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 20 years of progressive experience across financial services, hospitality, and international development sectors. She has built a strong reputation for delivering transformative HR strategies that drive organisational performance, strengthen talent pipelines, and foster a high-performance culture.
Ernestina’s career spans key leadership roles in renowned institutions, including GHAMFIN, CHF International Ghana, GAFCSC, and Best Western Premier Accra Airport Hotel, where she honed expertise in HR operations, talent management, organisational development, and cross-cultural workforce leadership.
Since joining National Investment Bank PLC in 2015 as HR Operations and Strategy Manager, Ernestina has led the Bank’s HR transformation agenda, shaping performance management frameworks, learning and development initiatives, and strategic HR partnerships. Her leadership journey at NIB has progressed through roles including Performance Development Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, and Learning and Development Manager, culminating in her current role as Chief Human Resources Officer.
In her current capacity, Ernestina oversees the Bank’s human capital strategy, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, organisational development, and workforce optimisation to support NIB’s strategic objectives. She is recognised for her ability to translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies, and for fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
