Ernestina has substantial experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business growth, improve staff engagement, and foster positive work culture. Her expertise spans across multiple sectors including international NGOs, Non-Banking Financial Institutions, Hospitality and Banking Sectors.
She holds an MBA in HR Management from the University of Ghana Business School, Bachelor of Business Administration from GIMPA, and Higher National Diploma from the Takoradi Polytechnic. She is a full member of the Chartered Institute of HRM Practitioners (CIHRMP).
