Linda Akyaa Afrani is a lawyer with over twelve (12) years' experience handling various aspects of compliance, human resource, governance and dispute resolution in various financial institutions in Ghana. Linda also has Executive Master's in Business Administration (Finance Option) from the University of Ghana, Legon and Masters in Law, Corporate and Commercial from the University of Ghana Law School.
She started her career as an Associate Lawyer with Atuguba and Associates. Linda has worked in various legal, compliance, governance and human resource positions in the now defunct Procredit Savings and Loans Ltd, Fidelity Bank and Izwe Savings and Loans PLC.
She is currently the Company Secretary of National Investment Bank PLC, where she brings her extensive legal and governance expertise to ensure the bank operates in full compliance with all regulatory requirements and corporate governance best practices.
Linda's comprehensive understanding of financial institution regulations, combined with her expertise in human resource management and dispute resolution, makes her an invaluable member of the National Investment Bank's executive team.
